"Important Update: Change in Bank Account Details" Dear customer,
We are in the process of shifting our banking operations to
Kotak Mahindra Bank, and this transition will be carried out in a phased manner.
Customers in Phase 1 have already received the new account details via email and WhatsApp.
You can check if your account has been moved by visiting the ‘Pay via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS’ section in the Left Menu
of the portal.
If the new Kotak Bank account details are visible there, please start using them for all future payments.
🔔 Please Note: Starting 20th April, any payment made to our old bank account will be automatically returned to the source account.
We request you to update the new account details in your bank records to avoid any disruption.
